The Cementir Group, a leading entity in the cement and concrete industry, is presenting an 'International Graduate Program' across Denmark, Turkey, and Belgium. Aalborg Portland, a subsidiary of Cementir Group, seeks engineers for its industrial departments in Production, Process, Quality, and Maintenance.

Program Overview
The International Graduate Program is a year-long journey, starting with an introduction to the corporate environment in Rome, followed by rotational stints in designated departments at your home base. Additional learning opportunities and professional development come through short rotations to other Cementir Group facilities and technical training sessions led by Centers of Excellence (CoEs), providing interaction with peers from various Cementir sites around the globe.

Throughout the program, you will refine both technical and soft skills through training sessions, mentorship, and project assignments.

Participation in the "Global Graduate Program" entails:

  • Exposure to Production/Process, Quality, HSE, and Maintenance fields, blending practical and theoretical knowledge.
  • Opportunities for cross-cultural immersion during rotations and interactions within the international context of local plants.
  • Personal development initiatives aimed at enhancing self-awareness and soft skills.
  • Engagement in continuous improvement and project management courses, as well as participation in improvement projects.
  • Networking opportunities with senior leaders and seasoned mentors within the Group.

Eligibility Criteria:
To qualify for the program, candidates must:

  • Minimum bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (Environmental, Automation, Energy, Management), Chemical or related fields.
  • Possess fluent English proficiency, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrate global mobility.
  • Exhibit strong analytical skills and view challenges as opportunities.
  • Show motivation for learning and possess innate curiosity.
