We are looking for a skilled Business Controller to take ownership of labour cost controlling and HR-related financial processes across our Nordic & Baltic operations. In this role, you will be a key player in ensuring accurate cost analysis, budgeting, and reporting, helping drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement across our businesses. You will work closely with HR Operations, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and the Planning, Budget, and Controlling (PBC) team, supporting business units in Denmark, Norway, and smaller subsidiaries across the region. As a Business Controller, you will bridge HR, Finance, and the business units, ensuring strong financial oversight and transparency in labour-related costs.
