• Become our new Procurement SOP Specialist at Aalborg Portland Nordic & Baltic

Would you like to take part in setting the Standard in Procurement? Are you passionate about structure, data, and process optimization? Are you the type who can set direction and follow through? Then you might be the Procurement SOP Specialist we are looking for to join our ambitious Procurement team at Aalborg Portland Nordic & Baltic!

In this role, you will be a key player in standardizing, optimizing, and digitalizing our Procurement processes across Nordic & Baltic region. You will be responsible for creating transparency, unified ways of working, and data-based decision-making – and most importantly, making things happen.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions in the Procurement area
  • Lead the implementation of new Procurement-relevant software solutions across BUs
  • Maintain and further develop the KPI structure across BUs
  • Take ownership of data quality and internal controls in the Procurement area
  • Build, develop, troubleshoot, maintain, and approve various reports and dashboards
  • Participate in tender projects – mainly within logistics services across BUs

We Imagine You Bring:

  • A university degree (BSc/MSc) – preferably in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or similar
  • 2–3 years of experience within Procurement and a solid understanding of the procure-to-pay process
  • Strong skills in SAP, SAP Ariba, and Microsoft Office – especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written, at a professional level
  • Strong project management and change management capabilities
