As our new Business Analyst, you will be part of a central strategy and business development function and will be a driving force in the implementation of our strategy. In this role, you will provide insightful analysis and recommendations to the Leadership Team while supporting the broader organisation in planning, implementation, and reporting on strategic initiatives. You will work across our Nordic & Baltic Region, which includes 80 production sites and 5 business units within aggregates, cement, and concrete production. Your tasks: You will lead and support projects and tasks critical to our strategic agenda, with responsibilities including: - Project Management related to strategic planning, implementation, and reporting
- Support the M&A agenda including identification of targets, due diligence, and post-merger integration
- Prepare business analysis and management reports
- Facilitate strategy reviews and workshops
- Conduct investigative work and business cases on an ad hoc basis
- Support decision-making with data-crunching, investigative work, and business cases
Your profile: As a person, you are structured, detail-oriented, and have a strong analytical foundation. It Is important that you can plan your tasks independently, follow up on ongoing processes and complete these. You work proactively by taking the initiative on your own job tasks. You are hardworking and motivated by setting and achieving ambitious targets. You have great cooperative skills and have the emotional intelligence to act as a bridge between different functions. You have a positive attitude toward new initiatives and are flexible in taking on a variety of job tasks. Professionally we expect that: - You hold a master’s degree in business, finance, engineering, supply chain or similar
- You have at least 1-3 years of experience with either strategy, business development or PMO
- You can process and interpret data in a business context. We do not expect you are a data specialist or the like.
- You have an analytical and commercial mindset, comfortable working with new concepts and change.
- You posses excellent communication skills and you can adapt your communication to all levels of the organization.
- You are fluent in English as we are an international organization. Danish is an advantage but not a must.
