• HR Operations Team Lead – Nordic & Baltic

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Operations Team Lead to join our HR organization across the Nordic & Baltic region.

This is a key role for a strong operational leader who thrives in combining people leadership with active involvement in daily HR Operations delivery. You will lead a dedicated HR Operations team while also taking an active role in ensuring high-quality execution of payroll coordination, employee master data administration, contracts, and employee lifecycle processes across multiple countries and legal entities.

You will report to the Regional HR Director and play a central role in driving a stable, compliant, and efficient HR Operations setup across the Nordic & Baltic region.

Your responsibilities
In this role, leadership and operations go hand in hand. We therefore expect you to both support and develop the team while also contributing operationally to the daily HR Operations delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, coaching, and supporting the HR Operations team in the daily delivery and prioritization of tasks
  • Ensuring high-quality delivery of payroll coordination and payroll-related administration across multiple Nordic & Baltic countries
  • Overseeing employee master data administration and ensuring accuracy and compliance across HR systems
  • Managing employment contracts, contract changes, onboarding, offboarding, absence administration, and other employee lifecycle processes
  • Ensuring timely and compliant HR administrative support to managers and employees across the organization
  • Acting as a key point of contact between HR, Finance, managers, employees, and external payroll vendors
  • Ensuring compliance with local legislation, collective agreements, internal policies, and GDPR requirements
  • Driving process improvements, standardization, and optimization of HR Operations processes across entities and countries
  • Supporting development of HR systems, workflows, reporting structures, and digitalization initiatives
  • Creating structure, transparency, and strong operational governance within HR Operations

Your profile
We imagine that you bring solid experience from HR Operations, payroll administration, and employee administration, combined with a natural ability to create structure and ensure operational excellence.

You are hands-on, detail-oriented, and thrive in an environment where operational quality, service mindset, and follow-through are critical. At the same time, you are a collaborative and supportive leader who motivates the team and drives continuous improvements.

Furthermore, we expect that you:

  • Have solid experience working with payroll processes and HR administration
  • Bring experience within employee master data management, contracts, and employee lifecycle administration
  • Have previous people management experience or strong leadership capabilities
  • Thrive in a hands-on role where you actively contribute operationally alongside the team
  • Have experience working across multiple entities, collective agreements, or countries — preferably within the Nordic region
  • Are structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Have experience working with HRIS systems and payroll vendors
  • Solid knowledge of Danish labour and employment law

What we offer
You will join an international and collaborative HR organization where you will have the opportunity to influence and strengthen HR Operations delivery across the Nordic & Baltic region.

The role offers a broad operational scope, close collaboration with stakeholders across the business, and the opportunity to contribute to further development and optimization of HR Operations processes and systems.

Application
If you are motivated by combining leadership with operational HR expertise — and enjoy being an active part of the daily delivery together with your team — we would like to hear from you.

Please submit your application and CV as soon as possible, as we review applications on an ongoing basis
