We are looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Operations Team Lead to join our HR organization across the Nordic & Baltic region. This is a key role for a strong operational leader who thrives in combining people leadership with active involvement in daily HR Operations delivery. You will lead a dedicated HR Operations team while also taking an active role in ensuring high-quality execution of payroll coordination, employee master data administration, contracts, and employee lifecycle processes across multiple countries and legal entities. You will report to the Regional HR Director and play a central role in driving a stable, compliant, and efficient HR Operations setup across the Nordic & Baltic region.
