• Payroll Specialist – Nordic & Baltic

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our HR organization across the Nordic & Baltic region.

This is a key role for a true operational specialist who thrives in working hands-on with payroll coordination, payroll administration, and HR Operations processes across multiple countries and legal entities.

You will report to our Team Lead for HR Operations and play a central role in ensuring stable, compliant, and high-quality payroll and HR Operations delivery across the Nordic & Baltic region.

Your responsibilities
In this role, you will take ownership of payroll coordination and related HR administrative processes while working closely with internal stakeholders and external payroll providers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and supporting payroll processes across multiple Nordic & Baltic countries and legal entities
  • Managing payroll administration, time and attendance administration, and related HR Operations processes
  • Ensuring accurate handling of employee master data, contracts, onboarding/offboarding, absence administration, and other employee lifecycle activities
  • Acting as the key point of contact between HR, managers, Finance, employees, and external payroll vendors
  • Ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payroll delivery in accordance with local legislation, collective agreements, and internal policies
  • Supporting process improvements, standardization of payroll and HR administrative processes, and optimization initiatives across the region
  • Supporting further development of HR systems, payroll workflows, reporting, and digitalization initiatives
  • Contributing to audits, reporting, compliance activities, and documentation related to payroll and HR administration

Your profile
We imagine that you have solid experience within payroll coordination, HR Operations, and HR administration and that you genuinely enjoy working close to the daily operations.

You are structured, detail-oriented, and thrive in a role where accuracy, ownership, and service-minded collaboration are essential. At the same time, you are proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple stakeholders, systems, and countries.

Furthermore, we expect that you:

  • Have solid experience working with payroll processes and HR administration
  • Thrive in a hands-on operational role with a high level of responsibility
  • Have experience working with external payroll vendors and multiple payroll cycles
  • Bring knowledge of payroll legislation, collective agreements, and HR administrative processes
  • Have experience working across multiple entities, agreements, or countries — preferably within the Nordic region
  • Work in a structured and detail-oriented manner with strong follow-through
  • Communicate fluently in English.

We offer
We offer a key role in an international and business-oriented HR organization, where you will have the opportunity to shape and strengthen HR Operations across the Nordic & Baltic region. You will become part of a collaborative environment with engaged colleagues and stakeholders across multiple companies and functions, and you will have significant influence on both the operational delivery and the continued development of HR Operations.

Application
If you are motivated by combining leadership with operational HR expertise — and enjoy being an active part of the daily delivery together with your team — we would like to hear from you.
