We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our HR organization across the Nordic & Baltic region. This is a key role for a true operational specialist who thrives in working hands-on with payroll coordination, payroll administration, and HR Operations processes across multiple countries and legal entities. You will report to our Team Lead for HR Operations and play a central role in ensuring stable, compliant, and high-quality payroll and HR Operations delivery across the Nordic & Baltic region.
